For payment at the Town Council, cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Hougang Town Council". You can also mail your cheque together with the receipt book to the Town Council.
To simplify your payment further, you are encouraged to use the interbank GIRO.
You may also pay via internet banking with DBS, POSB, UOB, OCBC, SCB and ABN AMRO. In addition, we accept payments made at Singapore Post Offices and S.A.M. machines as well.

For the convenience of residents, the Town Council is also collecting rent/installments on behalf of HDB. However, please note that such collections are subjected to the following:

1. Only Current Month Rent/Installment - late payment for previous months cannot be accepted.Such arrears have to be paid at the HDB Centre or any of its branch offices.
   
   
2. Only Cash Payment - payment by cheques will not be accepted.

Other than managing and maintaining the estate, the Town Council also seeks to reach out to residents especially those requiring assistance. To this end, legal advice is provided free to residents once very 2 months. For actual dates of service, please refer to schedule on Town Council notice board and/or call the Town Council at Tel : 62863533 for confirmation prior to visit. A qualified lawyer would be present to advise you.
